Good pub loved it but had to wait quite a while to get served 'cos only one man serving, he was run ragged. Needed more staff on Manx GP practice week.

At the end of a full evening of TT practice, this is a really great way to end the day. Down a pint of local brew or try one of the many specials while soaking up the atmosphere. Several smaller rooms each offering great banter...More

the isle of Mann is one of those places you should visit the fact you can go by ferry.or plain which ever you feel will suit you and how quick you want to start you holiday i went by boat when the sea is calm...More

My dad lives just around the corner from this pub. When I'm over we stroll to the "front room" for early doors. This is a lovely little snug with an open fire. If I'm there on my own I go and stand in the bar....More

If you like your real ale and want to speak to local people while you drink, this is the pub for you. Tucked away from the quayside you may have to ask someone to show you the way. Possibly the best pub on the island...More

The well-deserved award of CAMRA Pub of the Year 2013 says everything! A traditional family-run Manx pub with a warm welcome. atmosphere and a wide range of local brews. Don't miss the Manx folk nights on Saturdays.
