Sadly the church was not actually open when we visited but the outside was still interesting to look at, and you could just see in through the windows

Tucked away, this little church is a haven of peace and tranquility. Worth a visit both inside and amongst the gravestones!

Set in a tranquil area of the best kept village on the Island is this sweet old church, inside walkers will be pleased to find a tray of refreshments available for those who need it. Well worth a visit

Over the past 30 years we have visited the island around four times and having discovered this gem on our first time to the island we always visit when on the IOW.

Lovely and peaceful location on the way down to Monks Bay at Ventnor. Very old. Decorated for Christmas. Looked as it carols had been held there over the Christmas period which must have been lovely.

tucked away in a no through lane we came across it by accident, a gem of a church. Norman in origin, being repaired at the moment, worth going out of your way to see.

Little enchanted place. an old church; cemetery; garden of peace. Meeting with History, belief (?), human dialogue with our life and death experience. A place for having peace of mind or for contemplation. Loved it.
