Quirky but staff were overly opinionated and lacking in knowledge. We were told that there was no such thing as a particular flavoured gin and when I asked for another favourite was told that Mary le Bone was not very good and they therefore did...More

We were in Durham for only 1 night. We got in the queue as this bar looked so cool and somewhere we should have visited. When we got to the front of the queue we were turned away as it was full to capacity despite...More

The barman Teddy seemed like he would panic at a disco. The small blonde lass had terrible language. All in all it was bloody awful. Having previously been served by an expert member of staff, I was disappointed to be rushed, dismissed and spoken to...More

A very quirky little bar, friendly knowledgeable barman, with a fantastic variety of gins, mixers and botanicals, would definitely recommend it to any gin lover.

Specifically looking for a gin bar, google brought up this place. Great, not far from where we were staying. It really does live up to its name, which wouldn’t necessarily be a bad thing however. If you would like to go there to sit relax...More

Popped in for one on our way back to the hotel. This place is tiny so not a place to stay for "a few" as you are either standing or sitting on very narrow benches. But the gin and flavours that they added were absolutely...More
