You could easily spend hours here. Lots to see. We specially travelled to see the Fashion Photography exhibition. Very good café as well.

Yes all floors are accessible by the lift. The disabled access door is on the east side of the building, and you can also borrow manual wheelchairs from the reception. (Might need to ring in advance to check availability).
