A lovely old manor but best combined with a trip to nearby Compton castle, keep an eye out for the priest hole

A wonderful gem of a medieval and later manor house with a wonderful history. Local guides make this house a joy to visit.Well worth a visit.

Very interesting although very cluttered. Many knick-knacks in every room that have been saved or collected over many years. Gardens were lovely.More

Great little find, historical house just outside Newton abbot, very children friendly with lots of activities,great local guides very informative, be aware no toilet facilities on site highly recommended worth a visit. Anthony n
