It's called the Hall walk about 4 1/2 miles on wood land tracks so suitable foot ware is advised but can be done in trainers

Fowey Hall in on the edge of Fowey, next to the main car park. it would take a couple of minutes to walk down hill into town. You could take a steep set of stairs or take a more circular route to avoid the steps or better still, take the shuttle bus which runs every 15 mins from the main car park.
