Not far from the local hospital. Came across this by accident but what a lovely place indeed! Good walk about with the bonus of a walled garden and jungle experience. Kids would enjoy this. Parking is a challenge but that's fine.

A beautiful park with gardens and lovely sweeping grassy areas to sit or play on surrounded by mature trees.A great safe children's play area with areas for older children too.Also a wet play area with pipes and running water for young children. A local cafe...More

Lovely spot in Halifax. It’s just a little bit of calm, nice to see the quails, turtles and fish, and sometimes if you are lucky a butterfly or two. I love visiting here.

We have enjoyed a lovely day out at the park today. The Jungle Experience is great and amazing value at just £1 each for everyone over 3. There are amazing plants, butterflies, mini quail, fish and my 3 and 8 year old loved the Terrapins....More

Lovely park and walled gardens, jungle experience was also very good with lots of tropical plants and a few adorable animals (including baby quail!) and only £1 entry. Great day out for families on a budget

hi there yes there are parts of the park that are dog friendly I think just the kids play area is gated with no dogs which is fair enough where kids play
