Tucked away down a passage a treasure chest for whisky and cheese lovers. Staff were so friendly and all insisted on going out to meet our dog who sat patiently outside while I stared at the vast array of fine whisky. So good we returned...More

The only place in town to purchase exotic fare such as pecorino cheese, Marsala wine and Vietnamese coffee. Take a stroll down the lane next to the Longship and visit the staff who are both knowledgable and friendly. They have the most interesting stock with...More

An eclectic selection of wines, large choice of Pinot Noir from New Zealand, and even an Edelzwicker from Alsace. All this in Kirkwall together with a large well chosen cheese counter as well as many other treats. The shop is hidden away down an alley...More

This shop is tucked away off the main street but is well worth a visit as it has a superb range of local and continental cheeses, wines from all over, and a very good selection of Orkney whiskies and beers.
