We will guide you through this hands-on practical half day, which is dedicated to learning every stage of the artisan baking process, the easy way. No prior baking experience is necessary; just enthusiasm and a desire to make real bread! I will cut through all the theory and just show you an easy and fun way to make some classic breads for you to take home including; •Sourdough •Croissants •Baguette The cost of the course is £90 for 2 persons. All our courses give you the opportunity to blend your own flour selecting Wheat, Rye or Spelt organic grains using our beautiful 'Ko Mo' stone ground mill.

What a great way to spend a morning learning how to make bread in the lovely company of Alan and Carol - the course was fun and really informative - we have learnt a new skill in bread making - we would recommend to anyone!

This experience exceeded my expectations. The whole morning was balanced just right. Good amount of teaching, learning and fun. Lovely setting - kitchen had good atmosphere and loved our lunch. My husband will be back to do more courses. Thank you
