This lovely little village pub is a real gem. Visited on a busy Friday evening. Very friendly and helpful staff, good ales, really relaxing ambience, good quality home cooked food in large portions at reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

Went with friends to this pub for a meal on the recommendation of a friend who used to live in the area. What a gem! The staff were very welcoming and efficient and the food was delicious and reasonably priced. Will definitely be booking again.

New landlords have brought this village pub back to life. We go there especially when we are back from London.
