I parked by the 5 bar gate....this is a very pleasant short walk where your dog can be off lead..there always seems to be like minded dog walkers about so be mindful if their dog is on lead..

I visit the duck pond on a regular basis on my lunch break, but unfortunately it needs looking after I feel sorry for the ducks, the banks around the pond have broken down causing the water to drop drastically causing many ducks to leave there's...More

The Noak Bridge Nature Reserve is a place to walk when you feel hemmed in, in and around Basildon. The tree canopy makes the little copse feel like a forest, and you are able to ignore the sound of the road alongside, as you walk...More

Whilst this is a breath of fresh air (literally) in a built up area, there isn't too much of it... But, still, that does not detract from the fact it is lovely to see the wildlife (ducks, foxes, and birds) in a natural habitat. Enjoyed...More

I love going here as it quite close to me and feeding the ducks, lots of little ducklings. A place to quietly meditate and bring the children.
