This is a fairly easy walk that isn't too long but provides absolutely incredible views of the reservoir. Some of the trees and plants you see are nothing short of spectacular. We had our 3 year old with us and she loved walking through the...More

Easy parking and after a short uphill stretch you are on easy walking paths round the old reservoir with wildlife to be seen .Helps if you like dogs!! If you are more adventurous you can access forestry roads to Innellan and Camels Hump

Takes about 30mins to walk around the path from the lower car park. Great walk when the weather is good!

Well worth the visit, lovely walk, bit steep in places but well worth the climb. Lovely woodland walk, not muddy as it is a gravel track most of the way and steps. The damn and so quiet and tranquil with woodland walks and waterfalls.

Nice little walk either around the reservoir or follow little tracks in the wooded area. My dog absolutely loved it, plenty of shade on a warm summers day. You can fish there also I think (with permit). Will definitely return as just moved to the...More
