Exterior lovely including the beautiful views of the Downs. Interior understandably with some TLC. Would like to have seen more information on the history of the church rather than a display of African countries Did not really fit if you are encouraging tourists to leave...More

The All Saints church at Godshill on the Isle of Wight is a 12 century fortified church that overlooks the village. On a wall within the medieval church is a wall painting depicting a lily crucifix. This is one of the few such wall paintings...More

Well worth going to have a look. And the fact this beautiful church was open. It was beautiful and the history of the church was truly amazing. Thankyou for such a beautiful church.

In a very nice location atop a hill. It is quite a steep walk up some steps, however you can also walk to it via a road around the side if you prefer a slope. The church itself is nice and so are the cottages...More

Did not realise how steep the climb was to the Church. My wife is partially disabled and could not make it. Just went up by myself in the end. They are collecting for the clock restoration so all goods on sale are put towards that....More

Went to the Village and walked up to visit the church. It is very steep and wonder if it is disabled friendly. If you can access the church though the scenery is beautiful. Definitely take your camera. The church is open and very quaint inside.

This historic church is well worth a visit, it is 500 years old and the signpost to the church takes you up a walkway which has about 50 steps some a little overgrown with vegetation. Our fit 80+ visitors managed the steps alright but this...More

We climbed the steps to visit this pretty church-very calming to walk round and very interesting information all around. Gorgeous artworks too. Much easier to walk down!

Worth the walk up passed the beautiful thatched cottages to this church on the hill. Be nice to see them get the clock working again. They are raising funds for this. Lots of history to read about. Good for photos.
