I had a great time at the Kitchen Classics class. Picked up a lot of little tricks and tips, made and ate a few fantastic dishes, and most importantly had a great time learning how to be a better cook. Definitely planning to take more...More

Mike runs a number of cookery courses here which generally involve a field to table approach (foraging, baking, even deer culling) prepping and cooking it under supervision, then eating it with some wine! Just done the mushroom foraging day which was brilliant. Very knowledgeable tutor...More
