There is a short musical trail through the park and many different pieces of play equipment for children of all ages including a splash park when the weather hits 16 degrees.

Took the kids here after a the museum, they were a little restless but definitely worked out their frustrations here! there was so much to do , i didn't bring much money though wish i had as there were adventure parks and special sport facilities...More

grandchildren love coming here, loads of different age area's, considering we were affected by floods a few year ago, Bitts park is back on top, lovely walks round park views of the river, short walk will take you to the Sheepmount with sporting activities always...More

A lovely park to walk the dogs. Plenty to entertain the kids. Had a great time with the dogs would recommend.

Yes there is. £1:10 per hour or part hour at the top car park - but free if you can find a space by the Sheepmount one( clear across the other side but easily accessed)

It has an enormous grassfield where concerts are held for example in July Little Mix are coming and it is held there. However during a flood or in rain it gets very, very boggy.
