went for diner to this pub it was quite quiet, the food was lovely, I had lasagne and my friend had steak, homemade chips, very good value for money. Looked to be a very young staff team who were very professional.

Visited a few times last year. The food I assume is home cooked and very nice. Prices are good and portions are very generous. Would rate this more highly than the adjacent Sitwell for food.

Thanks for your review, our food is as much homemade as we can possibly do. The Chefs spend many hours preparing our homemade chips, pies, curries, lasagnes etc. We look forward to seeing you again soon.

Thank you for your comments that have raised much discussion amongst the company directors. The staff that were waiting on that evening are not used to being spoken to in that manner which may explain why they looked like “rabbits in headlights”. They are more...More

Monday & Tuesday we serve food 4pm till 8pm. Wednesday to Saturday we serve 12pm till 8pm Sunday we serve food 12pm till 4.30pm Hope this helps
