It's exactly what you expect from a modern chain multiplex. High price of tickets and food. Lots of choice and comfortable seats with a good viewing experience. Great as a treat.

From welcome, dazza at Wakefield had the grip the second we asked for film advice. He read us like a book and he read our minds exactly knowing that what tickled our fancy. He knew we weren't the avengers type and suggested Game Night. We...More

I was looking forward to seeing the DARKEST HOUR a couple of days after its release in the UK. I have visited Cineworld Wakefield several times but the films seen on previous visits were screened in the smaller auditoriums with reasonable views of the screen...More

Great location easy to find, just can't see point of the first 8 rows which are so close to the screen they make me travel sick. Like all cinemas over priced refreshments but it's nice and clean and now very for a treat.

Went to see the new Planet of the Apes film. Our only gripe is that it had not been cleaned (or if it had not properly) before we went in. There was rubbish on the floors but worse some seats had popcorn stuck to them

The most uncomfortable seats left me wriggling in my seat and woke up this morning with back and neck ache. The pad had slipped forward, a brick wall would have been more comfy, not reflected in the £10 ticket price.
