Lovely place to visit great for bicycling and brilliant if you are in a wheelchair like me really accessible great if you have children and dog friendly too.Well worth a trip out.

Visited here last week for the Room on the Broom trial with my partner and our 3 children who are almost 4, almost 2 and 9months old. The activity packs that can be purchased at reception are £2 and do contain a lot of stuff...More

Lovely country park, level paths making it accessible to most mobile people.A dog friendly area with a decent cafe and toilets at the start/finish and plenty of free parking.

Great walk with the family,very relaxed and a good decent bit of exercise. Nice witch adventure trail to follow and an ice cream van & tea room cloe by to refresh you . Lovely hides to watch the birds and very clean

Lovely lake to walk round .Nearby forest for bird watching and good family trails.Great cafe and play area for the children plus The Gruffalo trail for the very young

A fantastic playground for kids, you can hire bikes, have a great walk, enjoy a picnic and the cafe is a welcome rest at the end - loved it :-)

This is great place to walk. They hire out electric scooters for those who have difficulties walking. A lovely little cafe too

Went with friends and our dogs to this lovely Lakeland walk. Easy to park and a good visitors centre. Push bikes and mobility scooters can be hired here. We had a super walk around this well kept scenic lake, took about a leisurely hour...didn't rush....More

A pretty and simplistic walk - really flat and easily accessible. This walk was brilliant for my toddler - he absolutely loved the Witch on the Broom trail. Value for money wise, it was also amazing. Only £2 for a pack and you get loads...More
