When we entered we weren’t acknowledged for about five minutes. We were let in but then stood waiting to pay for entry with no apology or explanation as to why they weren’t serving us. When we ordered food, I ordered the hummus and ‘basil roasted...More

Visited Ark Soft Play area. No area in the venue, could you get away from the blaring music. Do under 5's, who were mostly there, really need this while they play? Staff good and place was clean and tables tidy. Stayed less than an hour,...More

I took my young grandson aged almost 3 to the soft play area when he was staying with me and we went with friends. The soft play area itself is really lovely; well-designed for young children with plenty of variety. Downsides are that it was...More

Cramped, disorganised and cold food. Do not need a managers response, will not be returning. Just feel sorry for my sister who paid for the birthday function here.

It's a small café with a ice skating for kids. The price is good. Staff are very friendly. Is a lot to do in Poole park.

Went with my daughter & 3 grandchildren. Plenty to keep them entertained for a couple of hours. Maybe fathers of older boys should not be allowed on when there are so many young children around. Went next door for lunch which was a long wait...More

Free parking but bays are small, even disabled bays. Fab facilities though. Love it on 1st visit. Will be back.
