One of the best concert venues I have been too in the uk. Comfortable seats, and great view of stage, ventilation was spot on for a sell out concert but I felt there were performance issues

Great concert in a good venue. Seemed like unorganised chaos when we first entered as full of people for different events. However, once in the concert hall it was great, comfy seats with a great view of the stage. Will hopefully return sometime.

Do not try to eat here before a performance. The problems mentioned by reviewers in March are still there. If anything it's worse because the staff seem to think it's normal to leave you waiting over half an hour for your order, and then serve...More

It’s a very casual cafe canteen type menu. I would eat in Poole Old town before attending.
