Well organised, regular trips with commentary. £28 family ticket. The island offers cafe and nice walks and views. Worth doing.

Nice crew and not a bad little boat either, much shorter and cheaper trip from sandbanks. The queues both ways are also much shorter.

Did this trip as a spur of the moment. £11.50 (adult) for just over 1hr including a drop off at Brownsea Island if you pay an extra £8 to land on the National Trust Island. A lovely and informative slow cruise around the harbour and...More

The only way to get to Brownsea Island - fairly expensive but if you are NT members the Island entrance fee is of course free. Crew very helpful when boarding and disembarking especially if you have pushchairs, rucksacks and 2 small children.

Lovely sunny day, what could be better than an informative and refreshing cruise around the harbour, via a stopoff at Brownsea Island. Really nice and also very informative

This was a most interesting trip to Brownsea Island. You pass other islands on the way and the commentary from the pilot is very informative. Very pleasant.

Cheaper ferry is from Sandbanks as it is a shorter crossing (£6.50 as I recall) Free access to island if you are a NT member.
