Visited during half term Feb/2020, day 3 of half term I will add. On arrival we were shown to a table and then rudely told we could not sit there by a another member of staff so we gathered our things back up to be told by someone else we COULD sit down. Choice of pottery was poor, everything was out of stock, prices of cheap MDF shapes to paint is way over priced. Everything we asked for we were told they did not have, but didn't even have a "sorry" we got your usual what you see on the shelf is what we have and they kept blaming it on half term! They knew it was coming so be prepared. The tables were filthy, obviously we expected a little paint, but even the table mats your given to paint on are old and grubby and do not cost much to replace/clean! Coffees were very watered down and did not taste nice. Went through to pay when we had finished to not only be charged for the pottery but £3.50pp to just sit and do it, which nobody told us and it was not advertised anywhere! Poor communication, lack of supplies, rude staff, over priced, will not be returning, needham market pottery is 100% better…

Very nice afternoon and my 2 grandchildren did a sand art pictures, painted a money box and initial and then stuffed a bear. Always someone on hand to advise you.

Called in whilst passing and they were holding a McMillan Coffee Morning. Beautiful little craft and gift shop along with Paint a Pot type of activity. Enjoyed an impromptu coffee and slice of cake with a donation to the charity and bought a lovely pair of very pretty earrings.

Went with my 4 years old daughter and had hours of fun. Various activities such as sand work, glass painting, build a bear, papier mache etc... Would definitely recommend with children
