As a singer, musician and creative entrepreneur with over 200 concerts a year, I periodically put great pressure on my body. Fredy has been my rescue for the past 2 years. I go to Fredy 2-4 times a month and get massage treatment that provides circulation and flow in the body, loosening stiff muscles and providing a great energy surplus. I use Fredy's massage as a life insurance.
Fredy is an exceptionally talented and skilled masseur with a solid background from Indian Ayurvedic tradition, and a friendly and sympathetic person. Highly recommended!

I’ve gone to several places in town, but after a recommendation from a friend I decided to try Fredys massasje as well. I can honestly say that this is something special, and it stands out from all the other places in Kristiansand. Fredy knows how to give amazing massages, and he truly gave me a great experience. If you live in, or are visiting Kristiansand, and are looking for a good place to get a massage and gain new energy, Fredys massasje is the place for you. Fredy is highly professional, kind and warm, and will make you feel comfortable and relaxed instantly. Truly the best in town. Recommend it! Anbefales!
