A great way to travel from Oslo to Bergen, the scenery was amazing and such a relaxing way to travel. Even in summer we saw snow at the highest points and you could jump out for a quick photo at some of the stops along...More

This ride is a non-stop 7 hour procession of stunning lakes, mountains, rivers and waterfalls. A clear sunny autumn day made it particularly impressive and the NSB train itself was excellent

A full day trip but there are excellent views along the way and a reminder of what it is like to travel comfortably by rail.

A highlight of our trip to Norway! We book 'Komfort' Class, which was well worth paying the extra, though the rest of the carriages looked pretty comfortable too, but one advantage was the free tea/coffee throughout the journey. The train has a buffet carriage with...More

This trip was a highlight. The views and vistas surpassed the Fjord tours we took. Pack your own food to make it easier. Coffee and cocoa are readily available and free. Spring for first class, it’s definitely worth it.

The departure was delayed awaiting 'preparation' of the train and then advised that no food would be available on the train. Not a good start. Somehow some food materialised and the trip was relaxing and scenic.

Took Bergen Railway to go Voss , nice clean comfortable train. Thoroughly enjoyed the journey passing through mountains , tunnels and beautiful natural scenery. Best part was train going up to top of mountain and coming down.

There’s a reason people rate this as one of the top 10 rail journeys in the world - it’s fantastic. We booked a single from Bergen to Oslo in Komfort Class for about 900kr each. Very comfortable seat and free tea / coffee. The journey...More

Great comfortable ride with not-so-great but useable wifi onboard from Oslo-Bergen. We paid for the Komfort tickets to get a more spacious 6H ride with free coffee/tea/cocoa. Highly recommend Cafe Latte to Cappuccino.

It stops a couple of times but you don’t have to get off. It’s direct to Bergen.

Yes you can get a discounted ticket. My wife and I are well over that and found the discounted ticket on line with the Norwegian rail site on the internet.

We purchased our tickets for the Hardangerfjord cruise directly from NORLED. We did not buy from NIN.
