This is one of the best tramway museums that I have visited. Assembled in an old tram depot are a large range of Vienna trams (and a few buses), all in a superb state of preservation. Being connected to the city's tram system means that...More

I really enjoyed my visit here. The exhibits are well laid out and well labelled in both German and English. Photography is easy due to the positioning of the exhibits. A good story of the tramways of Vienna and is good value for money.

Experience 150 years of public transport in Vienna. See how the city developed and how transportation changed life in Vienna. The museum, which was opened in 2014, offers a historical atmosphere, an impressive collection of vehicles, and an exhibition that is a true experience.

As a transport freak, I can highly recommend this museum. It is large, comprehensive, well thought out and caters for both German and English speakers (latter get 20% of the narrative but the German is readable to some extent if you have some German). Great...More
