The tour is thoughtful, hilarious, and really fun. Peter, the guide, is wonderful. I highly recommend the tour. Wear closed toed shoes, only for your mental state.

I went in September and cold bits were cold enough. I would think that it is indeed a bit too cold in March for the tour especially when you go to the main sewer.
