This is a green lung in the city but surrounded by architectural wonder. A great place to take a rest from walking and sightseeing. However you are surrounded by a busy ring road.

I doubt the roses will be blooming already in April, but it's a LOVELY park anyway, and worth a visit!

Sorry don't know about roses, but I expect that there will still be beautiful flowers there.
