Get coffee and strudel at Ladtmann's right across the street. There is a special 3-fer that includes coffee, strudel, and whipped cream

While usually, the place being not that special, you definitely have too see it in winter. Their Christmas market is purely formidable and the ice skating rink is really exciting. You also have to drink a cup of "Gluhwein"! Recommend it!

As with many buildings here, this is an incredible place. Hard to take in the scale of the buildings here which, in many ways are superior to the buildings in London!!!

As always, Vienna presents such buildings with beautiful architecture. Whether a first timer or not, it's nice to pass by this plaza and appreciate the buildings around.

We visited during Christmas holidays and the place was glowing with lights, decorations and for sure the Christmas market. Vienna is known for the best markets for the season and this one was huge and spectacular.
