It is the biggest and the busiest market we visited. It was packed with people despite the snow and the chill. Lots of shops including the most number of food stalls we encountered. Do walk slightly out to get some more food stuff at the...More

The large plaza in front of the city hall is home to many events and festivities. When I went there was some construction going on in the area but you could still admire the beautiful Gothic townhall from the plaza.

This beautiful place is always charming. During the winter you can go ice skating, during the summer you can just wonder around and admire the beauty.

The Town hall building is really impressive, a marvellous and iconic landmark with a beautiful architecture. The park, with gardens and fountains is also very beautiful, for a peaceful walk or to stop and read a book under the shade.

I like Vienna and the style of the building, looks a bit like Munich the Austrian people were helpful and willing to assist you when ever you asked for.

Rathausplatz is the square on which the impressive Town Hall is located. On our first evening in town, we visited after dark to see the Rathaus lit by night - very nice.

Impressive architecture, if you can visit at night to see how the building stands out in the lighting. There is a nice cafe across the street, get the Mozart desert. All walking distance to either bus or U.
