If you like shopping at stores that are in almost every big city and you like high end this is the spot. I really don't. So it was just ok.

The crowds swirl along this historic and once world-leading shopping streets. Although the Austrian empire is no more, one can feel the trappings of a once great and still wonderful city.

Stephansplatz maybe Old Vienna's heart, but its soul can be found along the Graden and Kohmarkt. These broad pedestrian walkways are lined with shops offering some of the finer goods available for purchase. The miggling of people from around the world is also worth watching.

These historic streets run through the heart of the old inner city of Vienna. Along them, or close by, are most of the top historical, cultural and architectural attractions. Any walk through the inner city must include a stroll through here.

The Graben is one of the most important promenades and shopping streets in Vienna, and as such a wonderful place to stroll. Interestingly it traces its origins back to the old Roman encampment of Vindobona.
