I live in Vienna. Not in the center, though. But whenever I come across the Graben and Kohlmarkt, I fall in love with this town again and again. Just today, walking the christmassy Vienna, those lights and lamps, the flair. I do travel a lot....More

Really, it is one of the best walking streets of Europe, not only of Vienna. It starts from St. Stephen Cathedral, very beautiful, with a lot of attractions, stores, cafes and restaurants. Worth the visit!

Magnificent street with impressive buildings. Lots of designer shops here which I am sure would be guaranteed to empty your wallet if you went into one. ( I didn’t ! )

Open and airy, lined with cafes and shops, all very good quality and top end. Some cafes have exterior tables and heating. A small Christmas market was on the square when we visited.

Those two streets are located in the center of the city between Michaelerplatz and Stephansplatz, you can't miss it anyway. Both streets are pedestrian zone. In the center of Graben you will see the extravagantly blobby Holy Trinity plague column, the 60-foot pillar of clouds...More
