We went to see Gina Schwarz' Pannonica Project which was brilliant - especially the mesmerising performance by drummer Judith Schwarz. Centrally located; tickets and drinks good value.

A two-story underground jazz club that features amazxing musicians, cool interior, friendly staff and some delicious G&Ts. Go there. They play 20:30 almost every evening and the entry is 20 euro for 2 hours of jaaazzzz.

Specifically in sommer, when there are no classical concerts or operas, that is a good choise to visit one of the performances here. Good music, good meals.

The music was great, the stage and the theatre are really built and sectioned nicely. The waitress was very helpful and hard working and really loves her job.

I visited when Ed Motta was performing there. And I was dancing as the music was very groovy! So I think it depends on the artist. I really liked it!

Porgy and Bess do sometimes do Jazz for Kids concerts, so it may be worth ringing in advance to see if anything coincides with your visit.
