This theater was close to our hotel and was playing an American movie we wanted to see. Fairly priced with new seats but in an old space. We came for the movie not the ambiance and it fit the bill

Does it get better. Nope. Very nyc type of cool theater. The third man is shown at least once a week as well as many other cool films. Great projection. Big screen for retro. Beer and wine.

I couldn't remember if I had seen the film The Third Man when I was much younger, so one evening decided to go to the Burgkino to see it. It is a lovely old cinema well suited to this classic film. It was exciting seeing...More

It's a neighborhood place for the University of Vienna students and people on dates. The seats are soft (and old) and the screen is vaguely large but not as large as the newest mall theater. However, it's so conveniently located right on the Ringstrasse so...More

You just have to go and see the Third Man whilst in Vienna. This B/W classic shown on an old 4:3 screen in an auditorium where you sink into the seats is an amazing piece of art. Brilliantly shot, acted and directed you can play...More
