Beautiful palmhouse! I enjoyed walking around the greenhouse with my camera, photographing the lovely scenery the plants, trees and flowers made inside. If you're not into plants, I wouldn't really recommend visiting it but I enjoyed it immensely.

At this point, I can tell only about the exterior. This greenhouse is located in the Schonbrunn gardens, just next to the ZOO. It's a stunning building, promising exciting tour inside. Though from the price list you need to buy separate tickets for different parts...More

The Palmhouse is huge, and amazing building, what is found in the garden of palace. The entryfee is 6€, if you buy both of Palmhouse and Desert house, the fee is 9€. Indoor it is amazing, wondeful, the little piece of rainforest. There are lot...More

The flowers and plants at the Palmenhaus are not really my thing. However due to its age some of the plant also are old and big and therefor breathtaking. The building itself is worth the trip to. However entering is expensive so if your on...More

For something a bit more downtempo, this is perfect. It's such a beautiful green house and plants; perfect for a summer's day.

This visit is VERY expensive for what it offers. Plants and trees are in poor condition globally. Also, some parts were privately kept for some fashion shooting. While asking compensation to the staff, they did not care nor prevent before selling the tickets. Schönbrunn gardens...More

This was part of our Vienna pass and worth a look for all of the variety of plants. We are not educated in gardening or horticulture so did not appreciate the range of plants. It was a nice walk through and very warm on a...More

I’m not really a plant or garden-type person, but the architecture and design of the Palm House - a huge botanical greenhouse featuring plants from around the world - is exceptional. The 27,000 square-foot steel and glass structure, built by Emperor Franz Joesph in 1892,...More

My girls begged to go to this greenhouse. It was raining the day we went so we stopped and bought umbrellas outside of this at the gift shop. Well-kept and well-maintained gardens and grounds with beautiful foliage and small places to sit and ponder throughout.

The bold guy I dealt with was really unpolite, I bought a ticket at 16:15 and arrived at 16:28 and he would not let me in, I can understand the last entrance is at 16:30 and it closes at 17:00, but the way he talked...More

The combined ticket cost details are given in the Vienna zoo website. You can buy the online ticket through their website. I believe you can buy the ticket at the attraction entrance also.
