We enjoyed our wander down this street, which had many shops and cafes and lead down to the Golden Roof. Lots going on, even someone playing a piano.

The main street of Innsbruck is very beautiful, located in the old town. It makes a very nice stroll through the city.

Main Pedestrian Street in Innsbruck, a lot of history, beautiful buildings, shops, restaurants. It’s a real pleasure to walk through Maria Theresien on a nice sunny day to enjoy the atmosphere and the stunning view to the Alps!

Great street to enjoy lunch, breakfast or dinner. During the day the view of the Alps is stunning. While we were there a parade was passing through the streets. There are also many high end shops located in the area.

The street is almost synonymous with Innsbruck. It starts with the Triumphal Arch and ends with a view of the golden roof. Lots of lovely buildings and the St Anna column to admire. A few seats so a good place to stop and people watch.
