We went to see The Sound of Music performed by the marionettes. It's magical. We sat in the second row center which was an ideal seat. The show was just as moving as the movie and unlike any other theatrical experience. We highly recommend it.

We attended The Nutcracker performed by the Salzburg Marionette Theatre. What an excellent show! The puppets were so lifelike in their movements. Controlled by very talented puppeteers. Everything was very detailed.
If you visit Salzburg, this is a must to see.
