Tucked away steps but the climb to the church and views is well worth it . 2 Euro to see the skulls and very interesting indeed. Toilet also!

The Ossuary is a small, one room building located by the cemetery and only costs a small fee to go into. It's worth visiting, if for no other reason than it being astonishing to see. One of the interesting things we learned is that there...More

Also known as the bine house, this is a collection 600 artistically painted skulls. Representing the ideas and ideologies moving from history, these skulls and the art on it shows hoe people and their vision have moved and changed.

The Ossuary is near the town center, next to a small church on a slope. It wasn’t a standout building. The church & the town cemetery right next to it were more attractive. We would have walked past it without Google Map. It was a...More

This could have been creepy but after seeing the love that went into this place, it was wonderful. A lot of historical life is here. Sacred to be there.

Hard to find, but as you walk thru the town from the parking areas to the south, you will want to head up the village to the church on the hill to your left. There is a small, picturesque cemetery there that overlooks the lake...More

This is a small chapel, on the grounds of St. Michael's church-it's not a macabre attraction, but focuses on the love and respect given to ancestors. It's worth a stop-and the entrance fee is only E1.50.

It is a very small room but alot of skulles and bones. Dont forgeg to read the i formation that tells you how and why these peoples bones are here. 2€ entry and it was worth it.

This place is tiny. I would allow 30 minutes max. It's a tiny room holding the skulls. Each skull is lovingly painted. It is not the gruesome experience I was expecting but a loving uplifting experience. The cemetery is... More
