It was almost 30 years since my last Grimaldi Palace visit and worth the time and effort. The history of the building, family and customs gives the visitor a wider understanding of why and how this unique principality came to exist.

We went to see the change of guards at the palace. The Monegasque princedom is a bit of an enactment and so was the change however it is worth your time

very quiet when we went there in june.The palace guards all look handsome and are looking fresh hahaha.Had a good look around shops and bought some souvenirs.The shop assistants are all very accommodating!

Enjoyed the quiet square in February with no crowds and glorious sunshine.The Palace guards put on a good display and are photogenic .

really worth a visit there were so many people so you had to decide to just wade in an join in or stand on the out skirts I got in there took a few photos

We went here with our tour group. The guards change at 11:55. It only lasts for about 5 minutes. Nothing super special.
