We loved this particular house, it's covered and provides a little shade as well as having the largest single collection of mosaics in Cyprus. The hunting scenes were especially impressive. I can just imagine the owners once showing off these beautiful sites to guests visiting...More

A perfect way to spend your afternoon if you are interested in history. There is no established routes, there should be more information, but the entry is cheap and you can breathe history without bothering amongst groups of tourists.

The mosaics in this house, and indeed throughout the archeological sites in Cyprus, are very well preserved. Kourion and the Snactuary of Apollo also have mosaics the equal of anywhere in the world.
