We went to visit the market which is a bit out of the way, but what a waste of time!
It was a flee market for the locals with rubbish from their houses that needed to be put in the bin!
Loads of old scruffy books that were that dirty that you would have to wear gloves to read them!
We went on a Wednesday and most of the stalls were closed and covers covered the stalls that were not attended. So they do not sell much as they just leave the stalls with all there crap ready for the next market on a Sunday.

Despite other reviews, this is a nice typical indoor an outdoor Brit style carboot sale, well worth a visit as you don't know what locals (Greek and Brits)will be selling. Obviously you're not going to load up on power tools while on holiday but planty of stuff of interest. Lots of books, the big main book stall is friendly and offer discounts on multiple books but is primarily set up as an exchange for locals to get credit backon exchange.
Just don't park at Mick's 'kiosk' out the front by mistake - as he will chase you out in a rather unfriendly manner - lost a sale with us!

It's not that good
Wednesdays and Sundays
We arrived on the 615 bus, which was the best part of the visit
We checked it out on Wednesday, which was just a waste of time, but was told to visit on sundays
So we returned on Sunday
There's no charge to enter
There's a cafe on site
A few stalls outside and inside
Fresh Fruit sold on some stalls
The other stalls seemed to have overpriced items. i would not recommend it

It’s not a street market as you would find in UK or Germany - it’s not a Flee Market as you would find in France or USA nor is it a car boot sale.
There are a few stalls selling new clothes, shoes etc - there are stalls selling new personal requirements and a couple of craft stalls but the majority of outside stalls selling second hand clothes, electrical goods, general tools and of course some trying to sell junk !!!
There is an excellent book exchange which is worth the visit on its own.
A small cafe offers breakfast and cold drinks which is good and inexpensive.
Another highlight is the fruit and vegetable stalls
Other than that don’t go with expectations of local arts and crafts, tourist tat and little used quality second hand clothes nor antiques to buy like a UK car boot.
It provides a service to local people who may be on limited budgets or want to socialize with people they know and in this way it does a very good job

Very claustrophobic and unnerving. Disappointed with lack of new goods. Just a few
excellent fruit and veg stalls with a good selection and cheap. Books galore!!! Great choice. Very dusty would not return.

I found it was full of tat myself however seems to be ideal if you live near and could do with a few bits and bobs for the home. Plenty of books for sale

Not easy to find- but worth the effort is this market in the outskirts of Paphos- just off the road between Paphos and Coral Bay. Open on Wednesday and Sunday mornings only it contains a variety of stalls - from those selling fresh vegetables, fruit and honey to a second hand book store, cheap shampoos , cleaning materials, clothing old and new, plus some absolute junk - amongst which there are occasional treasures. Tea, coffee and food are available. Bargaining works.

A friend of ours Eric has a stall here ( electrical , tv boxes , satellites etc) so we went to surprise him , it’s a lovely little market like a car boot sale , with new stuff as well , a lot of the stalls are run by English people , there is a cafe there where you can get a good sausage / bacon roll for €2.50. We enjoyed it and grabbed ourselves a few bargains .
