Grand Dukes Palace is definitely worth checking out! Its quite stunning and you may even catch the changing of the guards while you are there! It is also close to the Chocolate House where you can get the most amazing hot chocolate!

Passed the Palace during a day trip to Luxembourg City. This is perhaps one if the most beautiful palaces that I have seen in Europe. Try to get a peek of the palace if you are in the area.
