Affordable, easy access. Very beautiful area. You can walk down to the rer, there are parks, and if you go around from the back, you end up in the lower part of the city. There is an elevator.

A majestic fortress overlooking the city. You can take a walk around the promenade and see many stunning views of the city. Be aware it's quite a lot of climbing though, although the paths and steps are in good condition.
