This is a small garden situated at the lower end of Valletta, but getting an open and extended view of the harbour stretching out to the South Eastern part of Malta. Nothing else to see except for one or two monuments.

The gardens are quite small, but very appealing, with a strong water feature at the entrance. From here, there is a good view, especially of the Siege Bell tower, which is also worth seeing close-up.

The lLower Barakka gardens aren't as famous as the Upper ones, but more interesting to visit. Less tourists, more green and a chaming minument in the middle of the gardens. A magnificent view over the harbour and a close view on the Siege Bell War...More

I was expecting a lot from this place, but its very simple. Nothing unique about it! Its a good place to stroll if you want to just relax and look around! Thats all.

Gardens are very lovely with exquisite views. I took many pictures there, which I will cherish for years to come. It was a gorgeous sunny day. The “but” is that the public toilets need some maintenance. There was no soap and no toilet paper 😮...More

This is worth a visit for the views alone as it overlooks the harbour entrance and the gardens are small yet beautiful. Lovely seats to relax and the olives trees are beautiful. Overlooks bell tower too so can get your photos here.

This is part of the overall experience and must be done with the Upper Barrakka Gardens and the Saluting Battery. I would consider these all one attraction that you can see all at once, or over a couple of days. Great views from here over...More

Small park overlooking the harbour. Some shade. Rather English in style. Small snack bar with tables at the entrance.
