It’s literally a half hour movie about the history of Mdina. If you visited the (far superior) Knights of Malta experience that combines with it, you’ll already have heard most of it there. Not worth it unless you want some respite from the sun.
The Mdina Experience is an audio visual presentation, lasting around half an hour, which uses actors to play out 7,000 years of history.

We bought combination tickets for "The Knights of Malta" and "The Mdina Experience", which saves you €1 per adult.
Note that these experiences are not in the same building but a few minutes' walk apart.
