The combination of a short 3D film (which isn’t great quality but content is ok) & the stance by stance narrative through the mannequin museum works surprisingly well. A couple of the displays may be a bit gory for young kids but they’re actually quite...More
It might be early winter in October for the Maltese but 27-30c is v.warm for us northern europeans. With the headsets, 3d glasses and our own kit it wasnt the most comfortable place to spend an hour mostly in the dark. We had learnt most...More
Bought a duel ticket with the Mdina Experience. Initially a short film about the knights and then a repeat of the story using tableaux and commentary. Have to travel around in small groups, probably due to the way the lighting works. Would have been better...More

The displays are a very well done and the information is really interesting. I found it a little hard to follow because I don't have a baseline knowledge of the history of the region, but the little that I did glean kept my attention.
I would recommend reading about the Knights first and then following it up with this interesting tour. It should help you to absorb the information you have just read. With just €6 you get do an interesting 30 min. tour on the Knights of Malta.
