Not as impressive as the main gate, this one is anyway worth looking from the outside as well as from the inside. Just outside it, you will find the entrance to the gardens that surround the fortified city, that are also worth visiting.

It forms part of the visit to the Old City and provides some beautiful views from the inside out. Not sure how it requires a review on its own.

Less impressive than the Main Gate about 200m away, the Greek Gate is also much smaller and quieter. It is from here that you can access the Howard Gardens, the recently completed manicured gardens that now fill the former moat. If you go in one...More

Greek's Gate is not really special at all it's just a way out of the city. If you walk through then it's worth a quick glance, otherwise I wouldn't make an effort to see this.

If you get the chance go down the road to the Greek gate and walk around the gardens this was very quiet the day we visited even though inside the walls was very busy.

Make sure you make your way around the entire old town, to see the Greek's Gate which is the quieter and smaller entrance to the Citadel of Mdina. You've got to see the entire place!

Our trip started at this point, we were dropped off by the a transfer from the parking. This is the lower point of the old citadel and definately the quiet one.

We entered Mdina though this gate. It is fairly small, befitting the Citadel itself. There is, however, no footpath from the bus terminal, down the hill and through the tunnel leading to the gate so you have to be aware of cars using this entrance...More
