They have good drinks but the glass of water they gave me smelled like sulfur. They also don't have a toilet in the men's room, just a trough. WTF?

One of the better cocktail places in Reykjavik. Pricey but good. I went through the complete cocktail list and found the majority very good. The best one I found was called Donald Trump, pink and foamy and delicious, who would have thought!

We were told that Loftid is the only dedicated cocktail bar in Reykjavik so we headed in before dinner for a drink. Early evening it was quiet, the seating was great you can sit in the window and people watch. On arrival the staff were...More

Came for breakfast as I’d heard a bit about this place. Paid a silly amount of money (about KR2900) for 6 cocktail sausages, dry scrambled egg, half a tin for baked beans and super crispy bacon that tasted for oil. I am sure the food...More

You just have to accept that alcohol (and everything else) is ridiculously expensive in Iceland and go with it. I write that because I’m just about getting there now despite currently paying £6.50 for a small bottle of beer during Happy Hour here. This is...More

We just had breakfast one day and lunch another day there. It is quaint, comfy and feels like an Icelandic restaurant. We liked the cozy seating that allows enough space between other guests while still being open and lively. We liked it enough to return....More

My partner and I visited the restaurant at lunchrime. Though we were seated quickly and service was timely, unfortunately there was no flexibility to accommodate for allergies. It's the menu and nothing else and no option of adding side orders. Once the food arrived it...More

We stopped in here on a whim while exploring and were surprised to find a gem. We loved the antique decor and vintage feel of the place. So we ended up buying tickets for the new years eve event and had a blast. The bar...More

We visited this bar with a bar crawl tour. Cocktails are great and the atmosphere is excellent. The bartenders are very knowledgable and can whip you up anything.
