Nice atmosphere, a lot of craft beers (local and others) and good advice from the barman. We took a sample of 5 beers and tasted some great Icelandic beers !

We learned that the owner opened to showcase his own beer as well as sell other local craft beer. It's a great place and we would go back.

We did the full sample of all 10 beers - it was around $50 USD and a fun flight of Icelandic uniqueness. The bar itself is in the basement and quite quaint and dark. A perfect place to sample some unique brew and converse. Definitely...More

I stopped in here with my wife because we were interested in finding local beers and trying different things and unfortunately it almost felt like we were bothering them by coming in. The staff seemed generally disinterested and was difficult to engage. Given that we're...More

We struggled to find this one evening. Didn't realise it was tucked in a corner. It was a lovely little bar. Lightly lit. Had a variety of different beers to choose from. Very cosy

My 29 year old daughter is in Reykjavik this week by herself, as her girlfriend cancelled at the last minute. Are there any clubs, coffee houses, tours, etc. where she would feel comfortable, not knowing anyone or the area?

I'm a woman here by myself now. I met another young woman at the bus station and we walked into town together at 6am. I met another solo traveler during a walking tour. I would say your daughter should and will feel... More
