It was faint cos we saw it from a distance ; so there was not much to comment. Only info we liked was that it connected Yoko Ono to John Lennon who wrote the great song " Imagine '.

We had a guided tour of the Peace Tower and it was wonderful. We all wrote our wish cards and hung them on the wishing tree. We felt peace and love all around.

Yes, there’s a ferry from Reykjavik proper to the island where the peace tower is emplaned. The ferry is on the harbor past the sun voyager sculpture ( get a map). It’s about a 15 minute (max) walk from the dock to the peace... More
