We wish we could've seen the Peace Tower illuminated, but it must be dark and closer to John Lennon's birthday and death. Yoko Ono selected this location for its rich history and peaceful atmosphere.

It is a nice gesture, nice to check out quickly. It is a tribute to the John Lennon song Imagine. Not sure I would classify it as a must see...but if you do it is good.

Yoko Ono designed a wonderful tribute to her husband, John Lennon. However, the Peace Light is only turner on from Johns birthday to his death which means if you travel to Iceland between mid December to early October, you won’t find it operational
