The Cable Factory houses regularly interesting events and does it really well. The area is accessible by metro and tram. In addition there are interesting museums. Within walking distance there are good cafeterias, restaurants and shops. Worth checking out.

every year, there is Design market as a part of Helsinki design week. in addition to those, i visited to shop at ceramic material shop in this site. otherwise i am not sure what is there inside the building
