A 'must-see' for any visitor to Helsinki. A stunning architectural creation only a short walk from a tram stop or the hop-on/hop-off bus.

This was our favorite church in the town. I loved the simplicity and copper roof. Worth the few cents to go inside and walk around, especially upstairs. Must see, and nearby are several souvenirs shops which are few in town.

must visit once but it costs 3 euro for entry, which I didn't find correct as its a lot of money for tourists like us, already the city is expensive.

This is definitely a must-see church... But if you go: 1) please remember that this is a church, and if people light candles, kindly show enough respect, step back and let them have their moment and for God-sake do step back with your camera 2)...More

Fascinating visit. The geology is complex but worth a look. The atmosphere was stark. The copper roof was impressive.

Very interesting. Nice ferry ride. Every thing is expensive. Be ready to walk allot. When you get off the ferry go right. That is where everything is

I don't like churches. This one was stunning. Negative: you have to pay to get inside. But it's worth it

Lots of tourists which usually puts us off but this is worth a visit and only 3 euro. Feast walk to town. Very nice chapel set in a bowl of rock. Very nice to sit in and enjoy. Not spectacular architecture that does abound in...More

It isn’t really what i expected from a Rock Church. It has a nice copper and glass roof, but essentially the rest of the building is rather boring almost ordinary. The fact that half the height of the walls are the rock (the rest of...More

Hi, We visited with our large group of about 26 on a Monday afternoon, it was not that crowded, but we made it crowded! I really don't know what time would be best to visit, it is fairly small. I hope this helps you out.
